Beste klant,

Sinds de vooravond vandaag werden wij door overmacht genoodzaakt de terreinen van ons labo in Oostende niet meer te betreden tot nader orde. Dit betekent bijgevolg ook dat onze productie sinds deze namiddag gepauzeerd werd. Tot die tijd kunnen wij geen verdere leveringen doen noch ophalingen ontvangen.

Wij konden vandaag de meeste werken uitleveren en deze zullen in de loop van de nacht bij u geleverd worden. Onze koerier zal deze nacht echter geen werken bij u ophalen.

Wij hopen u snel te kunnen berichten over de werken die nu nog in productie zijn. Wij doen er alles aan om hier zo snel mogelijk duidelijkheid in te brengen en u op de hoogte te houden van de verderzetting van onze productie.

Mocht u naar aanleiding van dit schrijven vragen hebben, aarzel dan niet om met ons contact op te nemen.

Dear customer,

Since the evening of today, we have been forced by unforeseen circumstances to refrain from entering the premises of our laboratory in Ostend until further notice. As a result, our production has been paused since this afternoon. This also means that we will not be able to make any further deliveries or receive any pickups until further notice.

We were able to deliver most of the work today, and these will be delivered to you overnight. However, our courier will not be picking up any work from you tonight.

We hope to update you soon regarding the work that is still in production. We are doing everything we can to bring clarity to the situation as quickly as possible and to keep you informed about the continuation of our production.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these unforeseen circumstances.
